Website design for Romania businesses by Weras Labs

Four services for Romania, one team

We build your site, get you found on Google and bring customers in with ads. You talk to the same person for all of it.

Romania's business map is wider than Bucharest. Cluj-Napoca, Timișoara, Iași and Brașov each have their own mix of software firms, factories, universities and tourism, and online shopping has become a normal part of everyday life. A Romanian company's website increasingly carries real sales, not just contact details.

We are a software company across the Black Sea in Turkey, on almost the same clock as you. One senior developer handles your project from the first conversation to launch and support. We put scope, timeline and decisions in writing, in English.

Industries we can help in Romania

What these businesses need online, and what we would build for them.

  1. 01

    Software and IT services

Firms in Cluj-Napoca, Bucharest, Timișoara and Iași need English-first sites, service pages based on their own work and careers sections that attract developers.

  2. 02

    Automotive and industrial manufacturing

Suppliers in the west and centre of the country need capability pages, certifications and RFQ forms for buyers in Germany, Italy and beyond.

  3. 03

    E-commerce retailers

Romanian online shops need fast product pages, cash-on-delivery and card options set up through their platform, and courier integrations.

  4. 04

Tourism in Transylvania and the mountains

Guesthouses, ski and hiking operators around Brașov and Sibiu need booking, seasonal offers and English content for visitors.

  5. 05

    Agriculture and food producers

Farms and food brands benefit from bilingual brand sites, product specifications for trade buyers and shops for direct sales.

Web design and development for Romanian companies

Romanian sites need the language's diacritics handled correctly: ș and ț with the comma below, not the old cedilla forms. It sounds small, but it affects fonts, search and how professional the site feels. We check it from the start.

  • Romanian and English versions with hreflang tags
  • E-commerce with courier, payment and invoicing integrations available for your platform
  • Careers sites and job boards for growing tech teams
  • A GDPR-aware consent banner and privacy pages laid out for quick reading
  • Custom web apps, dashboards and internal tools

Every account and all of the code are yours from launch.

SEO in Romania: Google Maps, city pages and e-commerce

Romanian local search splits between Bucharest sectors and the strong regional cities. A dentist in Sector 1 or a service company in Cluj-Napoca wins locally with a complete Google Business Profile, accurate details and steady reviews, plus a page for each area it actually serves.

For online shops, SEO is about category pages, product content, filters that do not create duplicate pages, and fast loading on mobile. For IT firms targeting foreign clients, English service pages and technical content matter most. Romanian copy should be written or checked by a native writer.

Google Ads campaigns for Romanian businesses

E-commerce campaigns rely on a clean product feed for Shopping and Performance Max, with peaks around Black Friday, Christmas and Easter. Local service campaigns use tight targeting by city or sector and track calls.

Tourism operators in the Carpathians run winter campaigns for skiing and summer campaigns for hiking and countryside stays, often aimed at visitors from abroad. Software firms reach foreign clients with narrow English search campaigns. Conversion tracking is set up before any spend.

Social media management for Romanian brands

Facebook and Instagram reach Romanian consumers for retail, food, beauty and tourism, and TikTok is worth testing for younger audiences. LinkedIn is essential for IT firms, both for recruitment and for reaching clients abroad.

We plan a monthly calendar, write posts in English, publish Romanian versions you supply or approve, and run paid campaigns for sales, seasons and hiring. Monthly reports show which posts and campaigns led to orders, leads or applications.

Working with a remote team from Turkey: time zones and process

Turkey is UTC+3 all year. Romania matches us in summer and is one hour behind in winter, so our working days line up almost exactly. Calls happen in normal office hours on both sides.

Our process: - A free intro call, then a proposal in writing that sets out scope, milestones and delivery dates - A project board you can open any time to see tasks, files and approvals - Weekly updates and calls whenever decisions are needed - A staging site where you test everything before launch - You receive the code and every login, and can keep us on for support

We have no Romanian premises or staff. You work directly with the senior developer doing the build.

How we work

Every project follows the same five steps. At each one you know who you're talking to and what you'll receive.

  1. 1

    Free intro call

We talk through your business, goals and budget, and look at your current setup together if useful.

  2. 2

    Written proposal

Scope, delivery date and price, itemised in writing. No surprise extras later.

  3. 3

    Design and build

We work in short cycles; a preview link lets you follow progress and comment at any time.

  4. 4

    Launch

We set up the domain, hosting, Search Console and analytics, then take the project live.

  5. 5

    Support and growth

We stay reachable after launch: fixes, new features, SEO and ad optimisation.

Web design in Romania: FAQ

Do you have an office in Romania?

No. Weras Labs is based in Turkey and works with Romanian clients remotely, through video calls, email and a shared project board. We have no address or local staff in Romania. One senior developer handles your project and your messages.

What is the time difference between Romania and Turkey?

None in summer and one hour in winter, when Romania is behind, because Turkey stays on UTC+3 all year. We work the same hours as you, which makes calls and quick feedback easy.

Can you connect our online shop to Romanian couriers and invoicing tools?

Often, yes, through the plugins or APIs those services provide for your platform. We review your setup during the intro call and say clearly what can be connected and what would need custom work.

Do you handle Romanian diacritics correctly?

Yes. We use fonts and encoding that support ș and ț with the comma below, and keep URLs clean. Romanian copy should come from you or a native writer; we handle layout, tags and indexing.

Can you build a careers site for an IT company?

Yes. We build careers pages or standalone sites with job listings, filters, team stories you provide and simple application forms, connected to your applicant tracking tool where possible. The aim is fewer drop-offs between reading a job and applying.

How do we start?

Book a free intro call. We talk about your business, customers and current site, then send a written proposal in English. We start only after you have approved it in writing.
