A restaurant QR menu that loads fast and stays up to date

A guest sits down, points their phone at the table code and your menu opens in a second: photos, allergen information, current prices and descriptions in their own language. Weras Labs builds custom QR code menus for restaurants, cafés, hotels and beach clubs, designed around your brand and working without any app download.

Why a digital menu

The biggest problem with printed menus is that they go out of date. When a price changes, a dish sells out or a new dessert arrives, you either reprint or live with the mismatch. With a digital menu, the change takes seconds.

  • Update prices and dishes instantly from an admin panel
  • Mark sold-out items with one tap
  • Let international guests read the menu in their own language
  • Help first-time guests decide with photos of each dish
  • Stop paying for reprints and replacing worn menus

What we build

Every venue works differently, so rather than squeezing you into a fixed template, we shape the menu around how you operate. Solutions range from a simple QR code menu to full contactless ordering:

  • Digital menu: categories, dish photos, descriptions, allergen and calorie details, and sections that switch by time of day (breakfast, lunch, dinner).
  • Multilingual menu: English, German, Russian, Arabic, Turkish and more, opening automatically in the guest's browser language. We can draft translations with AI for your review.
  • Table ordering: a unique code per table, orders sent straight to a kitchen or bar screen, call-the-waiter and request-the-bill buttons.
  • Online payment: optional pay-at-table or payment for takeaway orders through a payment gateway.
  • Multi-location management: one shared menu with location-specific prices and items.

The menu runs on your own domain in your brand colours, so guests never see another company's logo.

What affects the cost

The cost of a QR menu project varies mostly with the features you need:

  • A menu only, or table ordering and payment as well
  • The number of languages, and who writes the translations
  • The number of locations and whether prices differ between them
  • Integration with a kitchen display, receipt printer or existing POS
  • Custom design and photo editing

We prepare a free quote after a short call. Scope ranges from a clean single-venue menu for a café to an ordering system for a restaurant group, and we can phase the work to fit your budget.

Timeline and technology

A straightforward digital menu usually goes live within 1–2 weeks once your content is ready. Systems with table ordering, a kitchen display and online payment typically take 4–8 weeks.

We build the menu with Next.js and React, tuned to open quickly on any phone, and deploy it on Vercel. Products and orders are stored in Firebase, so an update in the admin panel reaches every table immediately. Images are resized and cached automatically, so the menu stays fast even on weak venue Wi-Fi. Menu pages are also indexable, which helps your restaurant show up in search results.

Why Weras Labs

Weras Labs is a small, senior software team led by founder Habip Dayan. Instead of a generic QR menu platform with a monthly fee and limited design, you get a system that belongs to you, matches your brand and can grow as your needs change.

During setup and afterwards you speak directly with the developer, so a new feature or a seasonal menu does not sit in a support queue. We are based in Turkey and work with hospitality businesses abroad as well.

Frequently asked questions

Do guests need to download an app to use a QR menu?

No. Scanning the code with the phone camera opens the menu directly in the browser. No app or sign-up is needed.

Can we update prices and dishes ourselves?

Yes. From your admin panel you can add dishes, change prices and hide sold-out items. Changes appear on every table instantly.

Do you build multilingual digital menus?

Yes. We set up the languages you need and the menu can open automatically in the guest's phone language. We can draft translations with AI and you approve them before they go live.

Can guests order and pay from the table?

Yes. Orders placed through a table's unique code arrive on the kitchen or bar screen, and online payment can be added if you want it.

How is this different from a subscription QR menu service?

Subscription platforms usually charge monthly and limit design and features. We build a system you own, running on your domain, that can be extended as your business grows.

How much does a restaurant QR menu cost?

It depends on whether you need a menu only or ordering as well, plus the number of languages and locations. We send a free quote after a short call.
