Do I need a separate website for online booking?
No. The system can run as its own booking page, be embedded in your existing website or be opened from links in your social and maps profiles.
Are reminders sent by SMS or WhatsApp?
Either, or both. We integrate an SMS provider and the WhatsApp Business API, and you decide which channel is used and when.
