Multilingual Web Design, SEO and Google Ads in Brussels

Weras Labs designs and builds multilingual websites, portals and online shops for businesses and organisations in Brussels, and manages SEO, Google Ads and social media. Our team works remotely from Turkey, one to two hours ahead of Belgian time. The conversation starts with a free intro call, and a written proposal follows it.

Website design for Brussels businesses by Weras Labs

Four services for Brussels, one team

We build your site, get you found on Google and bring customers in with ads. You talk to the same person for all of it.

Brussels is officially bilingual in French and Dutch, and in practice English is everywhere too, thanks to the EU institutions, international associations and the many people who work around them. A Brussels website often needs three languages, and each one has to read as if it were written first.

Weras Labs is a software business working out of Turkey. One senior developer leads your project and is your direct contact. That makes multilingual work simpler: one person keeps the structure consistent across every language version.

Multilingual web design and development in Brussels

We plan language versions from the start rather than bolting them on later, with separate URLs, hreflang tags and an editor where each language can be updated independently.

  • French, Dutch and English sites with consistent structure
  • Publication libraries, event registration and member portals
  • Online shops with Bancontact payments
  • Accessibility built in following WCAG 2.2 guidance, which public-facing organisations often require

Every site includes GDPR-aware cookie consent and privacy pages. The legal wording should be reviewed by your adviser.

SEO in French, Dutch and English

Brussels search behaviour depends on the language community. A French speaker in Uccle, a Dutch speaker in Jette and an English-speaking expat in Etterbeek may search for the same service in very different ways. We research each language and build pages that match.

We optimise your Google Business Profile with the right categories and descriptions, and build area pages for communes you genuinely serve. For associations and consultancies, we focus on topic content around the policy areas you work in.

Google Ads for Brussels businesses and organisations

Campaigns are split by language so each audience sees ads in the language they search in. Associations can promote events, reports and conferences to specific audiences. Hospitality and expat services benefit from campaigns targeting international residents in English.

We set up consent-friendly conversion tracking and send short monthly reports.

Social media for Brussels brands and organisations

LinkedIn is central for associations, consultancies and public affairs firms. X can still matter for policy communication, while Instagram suits restaurants, shops and lifestyle brands.

We plan content monthly, prepare designs and schedule posts in the languages you need, coordinated with your team or translators.

Working with a remote team from Turkey: time zones and process

Belgium follows CET and CEST, while Turkey is on UTC+3 all year. We are two hours ahead in winter and one in summer, sharing nearly your full working day.

We begin with a free intro call, then send a written proposal in English. During the project you follow progress on a shared board and review weekly demos. After launch, an agreed support period covers changes. The same senior developer works on your project from start to finish.

How we work

Every project follows the same five steps. At each one you know who you're talking to and what you'll receive.

  1. 1

    Free intro call

We talk through your business, goals and budget, and look at your current setup together if useful.

  2. 2

    Written proposal

Scope, delivery date and price, itemised in writing. No surprise extras later.

  3. 3

    Design and build

We work in short cycles; a preview link lets you follow progress and comment at any time.

  4. 4

    Launch

We set up the domain, hosting, Search Console and analytics, then take the project live.

  5. 5

    Support and growth

We stay reachable after launch: fixes, new features, SEO and ad optimisation.

Web design in Brussels: FAQ

Do you have an office in Brussels?

No. Weras Labs is based in Turkey and has no office or staff in Belgium. We work with Brussels clients remotely through video calls, a shared project board and written proposals in English.

What is the time difference with Brussels?

Turkey runs one hour ahead of Brussels in summer and two in winter. Our working days overlap almost entirely, so calls fit within your normal hours. Written updates fill any gaps.

Can you build a site in French, Dutch and English?

Yes. We create separate language versions with hreflang tags and an editor for each. Native speakers on your side or professional translators should provide or review the final text. Each version can be edited separately.

Do you work with associations and NGOs?

Yes. We build publication libraries, event registration, member areas and accessible layouts suited to organisations communicating with policymakers and the public. We can also make the site easy for non-technical staff to update in each language.

Can you add Bancontact to our shop?

Yes. Most payment providers active in Belgium support Bancontact, and we integrate it during setup alongside cards and other methods. We test the full payment flow on mobile and desktop before launch.

How do we start?

Book a free intro call and let us know which languages your audience uses and how often your content changes. We will then send a written proposal with scope and timeline for your approval.
