Many of Germany's strongest companies are family-owned Mittelstand firms that sell specialised machines, parts or services all over the world. Their websites often lag behind their products: outdated pages, a PDF catalogue, an English version that stopped being updated years ago. Buyers notice, especially younger engineers and procurement teams who research everything online first.
Weras Labs is a software company in Turkey working with German clients remotely. We have no German office. You work directly with one senior developer, in English, or in Turkish if that suits your team better, with nearly the whole working day shared between us.
Industries we can help in Germany
What these businesses need online, and what we would build for them.
- 01
Mittelstand manufacturers and machine builders
Multilingual product sites with technical data, downloadable documentation and enquiry forms that route requests to the right sales region.
- 02
Automotive and industrial suppliers
Clear capability pages, certifications you hold and careers sections aimed at engineers, for suppliers around Stuttgart, Bavaria and beyond.
- 03
Logistics and port-related services
Quote tools, tracking pages and B2B portals for forwarders and logistics firms, including those connected to Hamburg's port.
- 04
Start-ups and software companies
Product sites, documentation and sign-up flows for young companies, especially in Berlin and Munich, selling across Europe.
- 05
Handwerk and regional trades
Quote forms, project galleries and recruitment pages for skilled trades businesses, where hiring apprentices is often as important as winning customers.
- 06
Trade fair exhibitors
Campaign landing pages and appointment booking for companies preparing for major industry fairs.
German and multilingual websites for Mittelstand and modern brands
German buyers value precision and completeness. Your site should give technical detail, clear contact routes and the legal pages visitors expect. We build that properly from the start.
- Impressum and Datenschutzerklärung pages set up in a clear structure, with content supplied or reviewed by your legal adviser
- GDPR-aware cookie consent where tracking only loads after a visitor agrees
- German, English and further languages with clean URLs, hreflang tags and a CMS that keeps translations in sync
- Product databases, configurators and customer portals connected to ERP or PIM systems
- Accessibility to WCAG 2.2, which matters more as EU accessibility requirements expand
German copy comes from your team or a translator you trust; we make sure the structure and SEO work for every language.

SEO for German search, from local trades to export markets
German-language search behaves differently from English. Compound words, regional terms and formal phrasing all matter, so keyword research must be done in German, not translated from English lists.
For regional businesses we optimise your Google Business Profile, build location pages for the cities you genuinely serve and keep your details consistent in directories. For exporters we plan international SEO with country or language folders, correct hreflang, and content that answers technical questions buyers search for. Technical work underpins all of it: speed, structured data, indexing and clean redirects after a relaunch.

Google Ads for B2B buyers and German consumers
B2B campaigns in Germany often target small, specific audiences, so precision beats volume. Typical setups we build:
- Search campaigns for specialised products and services, in German and other export languages
- Campaigns timed before and during major trade fairs to drive booth appointments
- Recruitment campaigns for trades and manufacturers looking for skilled staff
- Shopping campaigns for e-commerce, with feeds that meet Google's requirements for Germany
Conversion tracking is configured with consent mode, and reports focus on enquiries and qualified leads.

Working with a remote team from Turkey: time zones and process
Turkey is UTC+3 all year, so we are one hour ahead of Germany in summer and two hours ahead in winter. We share almost the whole working day, which makes live calls, quick questions and same-day changes easy.
We start with a free intro call and a written proposal in English that sets out scope, milestones and ownership. You follow the work on a shared project board and approve everything on a staging site. One senior developer is responsible from planning to launch, and support, maintenance and marketing can continue afterwards on clear written terms.

How we work
Every project follows the same five steps. At each one you know who you're talking to and what you'll receive.
- 1
Free intro call
We talk through your business, goals and budget, and look at your current setup together if useful.
- 2
Written proposal
Scope, delivery date and price, itemised in writing. No surprise extras later.
- 3
Design and build
We work in short cycles; a preview link lets you follow progress and comment at any time.
- 4
Launch
We set up the domain, hosting, Search Console and analytics, then take the project live.
- 5
Support and growth
We stay reachable after launch: fixes, new features, SEO and ad optimisation.
Web design in Germany: FAQ
Do you have an office in Germany?
No. Weras Labs is a software company in Turkey that works with German clients remotely, through video calls, email and a shared project board. There is no German office or staff, and you speak directly with your developer.
What is the time difference with Germany?
Turkey is one hour ahead of German summer time and two hours ahead in winter. Our working days overlap almost completely, so calls during your office hours are simple to arrange.
Can you build the Impressum and privacy pages?
Yes. We build these pages in a clear structure and link them correctly across the site. The legal content itself should come from or be checked by your legal adviser, as we do not provide legal advice.
Do you work in German?
Project communication is in English, and Turkish is also possible for teams who prefer it. German website copy is provided by your team or a translator, and we handle structure, SEO and technical quality for every language.
Can you connect our website to our ERP or product database?
Yes. We build integrations through APIs or exports so product data, prices or availability stay consistent between your systems and the website. That removes double entry and reduces errors when prices or specifications change.
Can you help us prepare for a trade fair?
Yes. We build landing pages, appointment booking and Google Ads campaigns timed around the fair, and track which leads came from them. After the fair, follow-up emails and a contact page for new leads help turn conversations into orders.

Social media for German companies
For B2B companies in Germany, LinkedIn is central, and Xing still appears in some sectors and older networks. Instagram suits consumer brands, hospitality and trades showing finished projects, and TikTok is increasingly used for apprentice recruitment.
We plan content calendars, prepare posts from your input, schedule them and run paid campaigns, with reporting tied to enquiries and applications.
