Website design for Netherlands businesses by Weras Labs

Four services for Netherlands, one team

We build your site, get you found on Google and bring customers in with ads. You talk to the same person for all of it.

The Netherlands is a trading country at heart. Goods move through Rotterdam and the distribution hubs in Brabant and Limburg, Dutch web shops ship across Europe, and greenhouse growers and flower traders sell worldwide. Dutch buyers are direct, comfortable in English and quick to leave a site that is slow or unclear.

Weras Labs is a software company in Turkey that works with Dutch clients remotely. We have no Dutch premises or local staff. You work with one senior developer who plans, builds and launches your project, in English, with nearly the whole working day in common.

Industries we can help in Netherlands

What these businesses need online, and what we would build for them.

  1. 01

    Logistics, fulfilment and freight

Quote calculators, track-and-trace pages and customer portals for forwarders, warehouses and fulfilment centres, connected to your WMS or TMS where possible.

  2. 02

    Cross-border e-commerce

Web shops with iDEAL and other European payment methods, multi-country shipping rules and language versions for Belgium, Germany and beyond.

  3. 03

    Horticulture and agri-food

B2B catalogues, availability lists and trade portals for growers, breeders and exporters selling to international buyers.

  4. 04

    High-tech and engineering around Eindhoven

Technical sites with product specs, careers pages aimed at international engineers and secure document sharing for partners.

  5. 05

Start-ups and SaaS in Amsterdam and Utrecht

Product sites, documentation and onboarding flows for companies selling across Europe in English first.

Dutch and English websites and web shops

Most Dutch companies need at least two languages, and many need more. We build sites where Dutch and English are equal citizens: separate URLs, hreflang tags, translated forms and a CMS that keeps both versions in step.

  • Web shops on Shopify, WooCommerce or custom stacks, with iDEAL and other local payment methods
  • GDPR-aware cookie consent so tracking only runs after visitors agree
  • Privacy pages structured clearly, with wording confirmed by your adviser
  • Integrations with warehouse, accounting and CRM systems
  • Accessibility to WCAG 2.2, as European accessibility rules increasingly apply to online shops

Dutch copy comes from your team or a translator; we make sure every language version is built and indexed properly.

SEO for Dutch, Belgian and international search

Dutch searchers use short, practical queries and compare quickly. For web shops, that means strong category pages, honest product information and fast loading. For service companies, it means a complete Google Business Profile and pages for the cities and regions you really serve.

Many Dutch companies also sell into Flanders or Germany. We plan international SEO with language and country targeting, avoiding duplicate content between Dutch and Flemish versions where wording overlaps. Technical work such as structured data, speed and crawlability supports it all.

Google Ads for web shops, logistics and B2B

Dutch e-commerce is competitive and margins matter, so campaigns need clean data and clear goals. Typical work includes:

  • Shopping and Performance Max campaigns with well-structured product feeds
  • Country-specific campaigns for Belgium and Germany with matching landing pages
  • B2B search campaigns for logistics, horticulture and high-tech suppliers
  • Peak-season planning for Sinterklaas, Black Friday and Christmas

Tracking is set up with consent mode, and reports focus on revenue, margin and leads.

Social media for Dutch businesses

LinkedIn is unusually strong in the Netherlands and works well for B2B, logistics and recruitment. Instagram and TikTok suit fashion, food, hospitality and lifestyle web shops. Facebook remains useful for local services and older audiences.

We plan content calendars, prepare posts in Dutch from your copy or in English, schedule them and run paid campaigns, with reporting tied to sales and enquiries.

Working with a remote team from Turkey: time zones and process

Turkish time is fixed at UTC+3. That makes us one hour ahead of the Netherlands in summer and two hours ahead in winter, so we share almost the entire working day and can meet whenever suits you.

We start with a free intro call and a written proposal in English with scope, milestones and ownership. Progress is visible on a shared project board, and you approve work on a staging site. One senior developer is responsible from start to launch, with optional support, hosting help and marketing afterwards on written terms.

How we work

Every project follows the same five steps. At each one you know who you're talking to and what you'll receive.

  1. 1

    Free intro call

We talk through your business, goals and budget, and look at your current setup together if useful.

  2. 2

    Written proposal

Scope, delivery date and price, itemised in writing. No surprise extras later.

  3. 3

    Design and build

We work in short cycles; a preview link lets you follow progress and comment at any time.

  4. 4

    Launch

We set up the domain, hosting, Search Console and analytics, then take the project live.

  5. 5

    Support and growth

We stay reachable after launch: fixes, new features, SEO and ad optimisation.

Web design in Netherlands: FAQ

Do you have an office in the Netherlands?

No. Weras Labs is a software company in Turkey and works with Dutch clients remotely by video call, email and a shared project board. There is no Dutch office or staff, and you speak directly with your developer.

What is the time difference with the Netherlands?

Turkey is one hour ahead of Dutch summer time and two hours ahead in winter. Our working days overlap almost fully, so calls in your office hours are easy. Same-day fixes are normal.

Can you add iDEAL to our web shop?

Yes. We set up iDEAL and other European payment methods through providers such as Mollie, Adyen or Stripe, depending on what fits your shop and volumes. Checkout is tested on mobile before launch.

Can you build a site in Dutch and English?

Yes. We build multilingual sites with separate URLs, hreflang tags and a CMS for both languages. Dutch copy is provided by your team or a translator you choose. Both versions are indexed separately.

Do you build portals for logistics companies?

Yes. We build quote tools, tracking pages and customer portals, and connect them to warehouse or transport systems through APIs where they are available. Customers can then check rates or shipment status without phoning your planners.

Can you help us expand into Belgium or Germany?

Yes. We set up country and language versions, configure shipping and payments in your platform and run localised SEO and Google Ads for each market. Each market gets content written for it.
