Website design for Sweden businesses by Weras Labs

Four services for Sweden, one team

We build your site, get you found on Google and bring customers in with ads. You talk to the same person for all of it.

Swedish buyers tend to be digitally fluent and quietly demanding. They expect a site to load instantly, work flawlessly on mobile, explain prices and terms plainly and respect their data. Clutter and hard selling put them off.

That suits how we work. Weras Labs is a small software company in Turkey where one senior developer runs your project from scope to support. No layers, no long chains of email. We agree the plan in writing, build in the open on a shared board, and keep the result simple to use and simple to maintain.

Industries we can help in Sweden

What these businesses need online, and what we would build for them.

  1. 01

    SaaS and tech startups

Product sites, pricing and signup flows, documentation and dashboards on a modern stack, structured so an in-house team can take over later.

  2. 02

    Industrial and engineering firms

Companies around Gothenburg and Västerås selling to other businesses need clear product data, downloadable specifications and distributor or service enquiry routes.

  3. 03

    Design, furniture and lifestyle brands

Visual brands need image-led online shops with fast load times, careful typography and smooth checkout for Nordic and EU customers.

  4. 04

    Home services and trades

Builders, electricians and cleaners need local pages, quote forms and a strong Google Business Profile for the towns they cover.

  5. 05

    Outdoor and nature tourism

Lodges and guides from the archipelago to Lapland need booking, seasonal pages and English and German content for visitors abroad.

Web design and development for Swedish companies

We design Swedish sites with restraint: generous white space, readable type, honest copy and no hidden steps. Under the surface we focus on speed, accessibility and clean code.

  • Swedish and English versions with correct hreflang tags
  • Accessible components with keyboard support and proper contrast, which also helps with the European Accessibility Act for online shops and services
  • E-commerce with the payment methods Nordic shoppers expect, configured through your platform
  • GDPR-aware cookie consent and plain-language privacy pages
  • Custom web apps for bookings, customer portals and internal tools

Code, hosting and accounts are yours from the start.

SEO in Sweden: Google Business Profile, cities and Swedish-language content

Local search in Sweden often comes down to a service plus a city or district, typed on a phone. We make sure your Google Business Profile is complete, accurate and active, and that your site has a page for each town or area you actually serve, from Södermalm to Malmö.

For national and B2B companies, SEO is mostly about useful content and a technically sound site: fast pages, clear structure, structured data and sensible internal linking. Swedish copy should come from you or a native writer; we handle structure, technical setup and measurement, and report progress in plain English every month.

Google Ads campaigns in the Swedish market

Swedish campaigns benefit from precision. We build tight search campaigns around specific services and products, with landing pages that answer the obvious questions immediately. For e-commerce we set up Shopping campaigns with a clean product feed.

Seasons matter here too: home and garden services rise in spring, outdoor and travel businesses plan for summer and winter peaks, and retail builds towards Black Week and Christmas. Conversion tracking for calls, forms and purchases is in place before any spend.

Social media management for Swedish brands

LinkedIn carries a lot of weight for Swedish B2B and tech companies, especially for hiring and thought leadership. Instagram suits design, food, fashion and travel brands. Facebook still reaches local communities and older customers.

We plan content monthly, write in English, publish Swedish posts you write or approve, and can run paid campaigns for launches and recruitment. Reports focus on leads, sales and applications rather than reach alone.

Working with a remote team from Turkey: time zones and process

Turkey is UTC+3 all year, so Sweden is one hour behind us in summer and two in winter. We share nearly all of the Swedish working day, and calls happen at normal times for your team.

The process: - An intro call at no cost, followed by a written English proposal covering scope, milestones and dates - A shared project board where you can follow every task - Short weekly updates and calls when decisions are needed - Staging site for testing, launch, then handover of code and accounts - Optional support and small improvements each month

We have no Swedish premises or local staff. You work directly with the senior developer building your project.

How we work

Every project follows the same five steps. At each one you know who you're talking to and what you'll receive.

  1. 1

    Free intro call

We talk through your business, goals and budget, and look at your current setup together if useful.

  2. 2

    Written proposal

Scope, delivery date and price, itemised in writing. No surprise extras later.

  3. 3

    Design and build

We work in short cycles; a preview link lets you follow progress and comment at any time.

  4. 4

    Launch

We set up the domain, hosting, Search Console and analytics, then take the project live.

  5. 5

    Support and growth

We stay reachable after launch: fixes, new features, SEO and ad optimisation.

Web design in Sweden: FAQ

Do you have an office in Sweden?

No. Weras Labs is based in Turkey and works with Swedish clients remotely through video calls, email and a shared project board. We have no address or staff in Sweden. Instead, one senior developer stays your direct contact throughout.

What is the time difference between Sweden and Turkey?

Turkey is one hour ahead of Sweden in summer and two hours ahead in winter, since Turkey does not change its clocks. That leaves almost the whole Swedish office day for calls and quick replies.

Can you build a site in Swedish?

Yes. We build Swedish and English versions with proper language tags. We work in English, so Swedish copy should be written or checked by you or a native writer. We then handle layout, technical setup and indexing.

Do you build accessible websites?

Yes. We build to WCAG 2.2 AA as a practical target: semantic markup, keyboard navigation, readable contrast and labelled forms. This supports compliance work for the European Accessibility Act, though a formal audit is a separate step.

Can you add Nordic payment methods to our shop?

Usually, yes, through your e-commerce platform's payment providers. We configure and test checkout with the methods your customers expect and keep the flow short on mobile, where most shoppers now finish their purchase.

How do we start?

Book a free intro call. We learn about your business and goals, then send a written proposal in English. No work or billing starts until you approve it, and you are free to ask questions first.
