In Belgium, the language question comes before the design question. A shop in Ghent, a manufacturer in Wallonia and an association in Brussels may all need Dutch and French, often English, and sometimes German for East Belgium. Getting the structure right early saves a great deal of rework later, and it decides how well each version ranks.
Weras Labs is a software company in Turkey working with Belgian clients remotely. No one works for us locally in Belgium. One senior developer leads your project, plans the language structure with you and builds a site your team can manage in every language.

Websites in Dutch, French, English and German
We plan the language structure first: which languages are needed, which pages exist in each, and how visitors switch between them. Then we build it properly.
- Separate URLs per language with correct hreflang, so Flemish and French-speaking visitors land on the right version
- A CMS where editors can manage translations side by side and see what is missing
- GDPR-aware cookie consent in every language, with tracking that waits for consent
- Privacy and cookie pages laid out clearly in each language, with wording checked by your adviser
- Bancontact and other payment methods for online shops
- Accessibility to WCAG 2.2, important for public bodies and increasingly for e-commerce
Translations come from your team or professional translators; we never publish raw machine translation as final copy.

SEO for a multilingual market
Belgian SEO means working in at least two languages with two different search habits. Flemish Dutch differs from Netherlands Dutch in vocabulary, and Belgian French has its own terms too, so keyword research is done per language and per region.
We optimise your Google Business Profile in the relevant languages, build location pages for the cities you actually serve, and avoid duplicate content between Belgian and Dutch or French versions. Technical work such as speed, structured data and indexing of each language version supports everything.

Google Ads by language and region
Campaigns in Belgium perform better when split by language rather than only by geography, since Brussels mixes both. Setups we often build:
- Separate Dutch and French campaigns with matching landing pages
- B2B search for port, logistics and industrial services, including English campaigns for international buyers
- Event and membership campaigns for Brussels associations
- Seasonal campaigns for chocolate and food brands around Easter, Saint Nicholas and Christmas
Tracking uses consent mode, and reporting compares languages and regions clearly.

Working with a remote team from Turkey: time zones and process
Turkey uses UTC+3 all year, which is one hour ahead of Belgium in summer and two hours ahead in winter. Our working days overlap almost completely, so meetings in your office hours and same-day fixes are straightforward.
After a free intro call we send a written proposal in English with scope, milestones and ownership. You follow progress on a shared project board and approve work on a staging site. One senior developer is responsible from planning to launch, and support or marketing can continue afterwards on clear written terms.

How we work
Every project follows the same five steps. At each one you know who you're talking to and what you'll receive.
- 1
Free intro call
We talk through your business, goals and budget, and look at your current setup together if useful.
- 2
Written proposal
Scope, delivery date and price, itemised in writing. No surprise extras later.
- 3
Design and build
We work in short cycles; a preview link lets you follow progress and comment at any time.
- 4
Launch
We set up the domain, hosting, Search Console and analytics, then take the project live.
- 5
Support and growth
We stay reachable after launch: fixes, new features, SEO and ad optimisation.
Web design in Belgium: FAQ
Do you have an office in Belgium?
No. Weras Labs is a software company in Turkey that works with Belgian clients remotely through video calls, email and a shared project board. There is no Belgian office or staff, and you work directly with your developer.
Can you build a site in Dutch, French and German?
Yes. We build multilingual sites with separate language URLs, hreflang tags and a CMS for managing translations. Copy in each language comes from your team or translators you choose. Missing translations are easy to spot.
What is the time difference with Belgium?
Turkey is one hour ahead of Belgium in summer and two hours ahead in winter. We share nearly the whole working day, so calls in your office hours are easy to schedule.
Do you work with associations and NGOs in Brussels?
Yes. We build multilingual sites with publications, event registration and member areas, and connect them to CRM or membership tools you already use. Publication pages can be filtered by topic, date and language.
Can you add Bancontact to our online shop?
Yes. We set up Bancontact and other European payment methods through providers such as Mollie, Stripe or Adyen, depending on your platform. Mobile payment via the Bancontact app is tested along with card checkout.
Should we run ads by language or by region?
Usually by language, with regional targeting layered on top, because Brussels is mixed. We set up separate campaigns and landing pages and compare results for each. Budgets can then shift toward whichever performs better.

Describe what you need in a few sentences. We'll pin down the scope on a free intro call and send a written proposal. You talk directly to the developer.
Social media across language communities
LinkedIn is central for Brussels organisations, B2B firms and recruitment. Instagram and Facebook suit food, hospitality and retail, and TikTok is growing for younger audiences. Many Belgian brands run separate Dutch and French posts or accounts rather than mixing languages in one caption.
We help plan that structure, prepare posts from your copy, schedule them and manage paid campaigns, with reporting per language.
