Web Design, SEO and Google Ads for Canadian Businesses

Weras Labs designs and develops websites, online stores and custom web apps for Canadian companies, and manages SEO, Google Ads and social media. We work remotely from Turkey, with calls in your morning for Eastern and Atlantic time and async updates for the West. Everything starts with a free intro call and, after it, a written proposal.

Website design for Canada businesses by Weras Labs

Four services for Canada, one team

We build your site, get you found on Google and bring customers in with ads. You talk to the same person for all of it.

Canada is a big country with very different markets inside it. A contractor in Calgary, a boutique in Montreal and a software firm in Waterloo need very different websites. Many businesses also need English and French versions that both read naturally, not one language with a translated shadow.

Weras Labs is a small software company in Turkey. One senior developer runs your project from the first call through launch and support. We are upfront about the time difference and plan around it from day one.

Industries we can help in Canada

What these businesses need online, and what we would build for them.

  1. 01

    Home services and trades

Service-area pages, instant quote forms and Google Business Profile work for renovation, HVAC, plumbing and landscaping companies serving suburbs and smaller towns.

  2. 02

    Energy and resources

Clear capability sites with safety credentials, project galleries and careers pages for suppliers and contractors in Alberta and beyond.

  3. 03

    Tech and SaaS

Product sites, documentation and sign-up flows that connect to your app, with bilingual pages when you sell into Quebec.

  4. 04

    Tourism and outdoor recreation

Booking-led sites for lodges, tour operators and ski businesses, with seasonal landing pages for summer and winter.

  5. 05

    Professional and immigration services

Trust-focused sites for accountants, lawyers and consultants, with intake forms and appointment booking that keep personal data handled carefully.

  6. 06

    Retail and e-commerce

Online stores with Canadian shipping options and tax setup by province, built on a platform your team can manage.

Web design and development for Canadian companies

We plan each site around one clear goal, then build it to load quickly on mobile networks across the country.

  • English and French sites with separate URLs, correct hreflang tags and an editor your team can use
  • E-commerce stores with provincial tax settings and Canadian carriers at checkout
  • Custom web apps: booking systems, customer portals and internal dashboards
  • Accessibility built in from the start, following WCAG 2.2 guidance

We also set up privacy pages and consent flows with PIPEDA in mind, and for Quebec businesses we account for Law 25 requirements around consent and privacy notices. Final legal wording should come from your own adviser.

Local SEO from coast to coast

Canadian searches are very local. People look for services in their own city or neighborhood, so a single generic page rarely ranks well across provinces. We build a page for each city or region you genuinely serve, written for that place.

We set up and maintain your Google Business Profile, align your listings across directories and add structured data. For bilingual businesses we research French and English keywords separately, since search habits differ between Quebec and the rest of the country.

Google Ads campaigns for Canadian markets

Campaigns are split by province or metro area so you can compare results and adjust spend. Seasonal patterns matter a lot here: snow removal and furnace repair in autumn, patios and landscaping in spring, ski and lodge bookings ahead of winter.

For Quebec we run French campaigns with their own ad copy and keywords. Conversion tracking is set up first, so every report shows real leads and sales.

Social media management for Canadian businesses

Facebook and Instagram still drive a lot of local business, especially for trades, restaurants and retail. LinkedIn works well for B2B, energy suppliers and professional firms.

We create a monthly plan, design posts, write captions and schedule everything after your approval. French content can be coordinated with your team or translator.

Working with a remote team from Turkey: time zones and process

Turkey does not change its clocks; it stays at UTC+3. For Eastern and Atlantic time, our afternoon and evening fall during your morning, so live calls fit comfortably into your business hours. For Central, Mountain and Pacific time, calls happen in your early morning or our late evening, and the rest of the work runs through written async updates.

1. Free intro call by video 2. Written proposal in English with scope and milestones 3. Shared project board and weekly progress updates 4. Launch, handover and support for an agreed period

You deal with the same senior developer from start to finish.

How we work

Every project follows the same five steps. At each one you know who you're talking to and what you'll receive.

  1. 1

    Free intro call

We talk through your business, goals and budget, and look at your current setup together if useful.

  2. 2

    Written proposal

Scope, delivery date and price, itemised in writing. No surprise extras later.

  3. 3

    Design and build

We work in short cycles; a preview link lets you follow progress and comment at any time.

  4. 4

    Launch

We set up the domain, hosting, Search Console and analytics, then take the project live.

  5. 5

    Support and growth

We stay reachable after launch: fixes, new features, SEO and ad optimisation.

Web design in Canada: FAQ

Do you have an office in Canada?

No. Weras Labs is based in Turkey and has no office, staff or phone line in Canada. We work with Canadian clients remotely, through video calls, a shared project board and written proposals.

How do you handle the time difference?

For Eastern and Atlantic time, we hold calls during your morning, which is our afternoon and evening. For Central, Mountain and Pacific time, calls are in your early morning, and most updates arrive in writing so nothing waits on a meeting.

Can you build English and French websites?

Yes. We build bilingual sites with separate URLs, language switching and hreflang tags. Native-quality French copy should come from your team or a translator, and we handle structure, SEO and layout for both versions.

Do your sites address PIPEDA and Quebec Law 25?

We build consent banners, privacy pages and data handling with these laws in mind, and we keep form data to a minimum. We are developers, so your legal adviser should confirm the final privacy wording.

Can you set up provincial sales tax for our online store?

Yes. Common e-commerce platforms support GST, HST and PST rules by province. We configure them during setup, and your accountant should confirm the settings match your registrations. We can also adjust how taxes appear on product pages and at checkout.

What happens after the free intro call?

We send a written proposal with scope, timeline and milestones. If you approve it, we start work and give you access to the project board straight away. You also get a short kickoff checklist so you know what we need from you.
