Website design for Estonia businesses by Weras Labs

Four services for Estonia, one team

We build your site, get you found on Google and bring customers in with ads. You talk to the same person for all of it.

Estonia is used to doing things online. Companies here sign documents digitally, register in minutes and often sell abroad from the first month. A website in this market is judged quickly and by people who know what good software feels like, so speed, clarity and a clean checkout matter more than decoration.

We are a compact software company working from Turkey. One senior developer takes your project from the first call to launch and stays on for support. Turkey is at most one hour ahead of Estonia, so we share your whole working day without anyone staying up late.

Industries we can help in Estonia

What these businesses need online, and what we would build for them.

  1. 01

    Startups and SaaS teams

Product sites with clear pricing pages, documentation and sign-up flows that connect to your app, plus landing pages you can launch for each new market.

  2. 02

    E-residents and cross-border companies

Lean company sites in English that explain what you do to buyers in other EU countries, with GDPR-aware forms and invoicing details that look trustworthy.

  3. 03

    Tourism and spa hotels

Booking-led sites for Pärnu, Saaremaa and Old Town Tallinn stays, in Estonian, English and Finnish where your guests come from.

  4. 04

    Wood, timber and prefab houses

Catalogue and enquiry sites for manufacturers exporting to the Nordics and Germany, with product specs, downloadable drawings and quote forms.

  5. 05

    Local services and clinics

Fast mobile sites with online booking, clear opening hours and Google Business Profile work for Tartu, Narva and other towns.

Websites and web apps built for Estonian companies

Most clients here want something that works like a product, not a brochure. We build on modern frameworks such as Next.js, keep pages fast on mobile and make the content easy for your team to edit.

  • Company and product sites in Estonian, English and Russian, with proper language switching and hreflang tags
  • Online shops with local payment methods and parcel locker delivery options at checkout
  • Custom dashboards, client portals and internal tools that replace spreadsheets
  • AI features built on Claude, such as support assistants or document summaries, when they genuinely save time

Every EU site we ship includes GDPR-aware cookie consent and a clear privacy page you can adapt with your own adviser.

SEO in a small, multilingual search market

Estonian search volumes are small, so every query counts. We research what people type in Estonian, Russian and English separately, because the phrasing differs a lot between them, and build distinct pages instead of thin translations.

For businesses with a physical location we set up and maintain your Google Business Profile, collect consistent address data and create pages for each town you serve. For exporters we focus on the countries you sell into, often Finland, Sweden and Germany, with separate content per market. Technical work covers speed, structured data and clean indexing.

Google Ads campaigns that respect a small market

With a limited audience inside Estonia, broad campaigns burn budget fast. We keep keyword lists tight, split campaigns by language and use location targeting carefully for Tallinn versus the rest of the country.

Typical ideas: summer and Christmas campaigns for Pärnu and Tallinn hotels aimed at Finnish visitors, lead campaigns for B2B exporters in the Nordics, and Performance Max for shops with a clean product feed. You get a short monthly report in plain English.

Social media for Estonian brands

LinkedIn carries a lot of weight for Estonian tech and B2B companies, so we plan founder posts, hiring updates and product news there. Consumer brands usually do better on Instagram and Facebook, with content in Estonian and Russian where the audience needs it.

We write a monthly calendar, prepare visuals and schedule posts. You approve everything before it goes out.

Working with a remote team from Turkey: time zones and process

Turkish clocks sit at UTC+3 all year round. Estonia is on the same clock in summer and one hour behind in winter, so we can hold calls at any point in your working day.

1. Free intro call by video to understand your goals 2. Written proposal in English with scope, timeline and milestones 3. A shared project board where you can see progress and leave comments 4. Weekly demo of the work in progress 5. Launch, handover and an agreed support period

You always speak with the developer who writes the code. There is no account manager in between.

How we work

Every project follows the same five steps. At each one you know who you're talking to and what you'll receive.

  1. 1

    Free intro call

We talk through your business, goals and budget, and look at your current setup together if useful.

  2. 2

    Written proposal

Scope, delivery date and price, itemised in writing. No surprise extras later.

  3. 3

    Design and build

We work in short cycles; a preview link lets you follow progress and comment at any time.

  4. 4

    Launch

We set up the domain, hosting, Search Console and analytics, then take the project live.

  5. 5

    Support and growth

We stay reachable after launch: fixes, new features, SEO and ad optimisation.

Web design in Estonia: FAQ

Do you have an office in Estonia?

No. Weras Labs is based in Turkey and works with Estonian clients remotely, through video calls, a shared project board and written proposals. Because the time difference is zero or one hour, this feels much like working with a team in another Estonian city.

What is the time difference between Turkey and Estonia?

It is between zero and one hour. Turkey is on UTC+3 all year, while Estonia uses UTC+2 in winter and UTC+3 in summer. We share your full working day, so meetings never need to be at odd hours.

Can you build a site in Estonian, Russian and English?

Yes. We set up multilingual sites with separate URLs per language, correct hreflang tags and an editor your team can use. You provide or approve the Estonian and Russian copy, and we handle structure, SEO and layout for each version.

Do you work with e-resident companies?

Yes. Many e-resident founders need a credible English-language site, a simple shop or a booking flow. We can build that, connect payments and set up GDPR-aware consent, and you keep full ownership of the code and accounts.

Will you help us sell to Finland and Sweden?

We can. We build separate landing pages for each market, research local search terms and run Google Ads per country. Native-language copy for Finnish or Swedish pages should come from you or a translator you trust.

How do we start?

Pick a time for a free intro call over video. We discuss what you need, then send a written proposal in English with scope and timeline. Nothing starts until you have agreed to it.
