Web Design, SEO and Google Ads for Polish Companies
Weras Labs builds websites, online shops and custom web apps for companies in Poland and runs SEO, Google Ads and social media. We work remotely from Turkey, one to two hours ahead of Warsaw, with English as our working language. It all starts with a free intro call and a written proposal.
- Free intro call
- Written proposal
- Time zone: Central European Time (CET/CEST)

Poland has become one of Europe's workshops and warehouses. Furniture, cosmetics, auto parts, food and packaging leave Polish factories for buyers across the EU, and a large share of Polish retail now happens online. For many firms the website is both the export catalogue and the shop counter.
We help Polish companies make that site work harder. Weras Labs is a software company in Turkey; one senior developer owns your project from the first call through launch and support. We communicate in English, agree everything in writing and build in the open on a shared board.

Industries we can help in Poland
What these businesses need online, and what we would build for them.
- 01
Furniture and home goods manufacturers
Exporters need multilingual catalogues, dealer and distributor areas, and product pages with dimensions, finishes and downloadable specifications.
- 02
E-commerce brands
Shops selling in Poland and across the EU need fast product pages, clear delivery options and integrations with marketplaces, payments and fulfilment tools.
- 03
Logistics and warehousing
Companies near the main transport corridors need quote request flows, service pages per route and customer portals for orders or tracking.
- 04
Industrial and automotive suppliers
Firms in Silesia and Greater Poland benefit from structured capability pages, certification downloads and RFQ forms that reach the right engineer.
- 05
IT and software services
Software houses in Kraków, Wrocław and Warsaw need English-first sites, case-style service pages written from their own work, and careers sections for hiring.
Web design and development for Polish companies
Polish companies often run two sites in one: a Polish-language shop or service site for the home market and an English or German catalogue for export buyers. We plan the structure so both can grow without becoming a tangle.
- Polish, English and German versions with correct hreflang tags
- E-commerce with the payment methods Polish shoppers expect, configured through your platform
- B2B portals with customer-specific price lists and order history
- GDPR-aware consent banners and privacy and cookie pages that are easy to find
- Integrations with ERP, warehouse and marketplace systems via their APIs
You get full ownership of the code and every account.

SEO in Poland: cities, Google Maps and export markets
Polish local search clusters around big cities and their districts, from Mokotów to Nowa Huta. Services like dentists, lawyers and renovation firms win there with a complete Google Business Profile, accurate categories and genuine reviews, plus a page for each area they serve.
For e-commerce and exporters, the work shifts to category pages, product content, technical health and international structure. We handle speed, structured data for products, faceted navigation that does not create thousands of duplicate pages, and language tagging. Polish copy should be written or checked by a native writer; we handle structure and reporting.

Google Ads for the Polish market and beyond
For e-commerce we build Shopping and Performance Max campaigns on a clean product feed, then layer search campaigns for high-margin categories. Black Friday, Christmas and back-to-school are the usual retail peaks.
For exporters, we run separate campaigns per country and language, aimed at distributors and trade buyers searching for specific products. Local service campaigns use tight city targeting with call tracking. Conversion tracking is set up before spend, and we review search terms every week.

Working with a remote team from Turkey: time zones and process
Turkey is UTC+3 all year, so Poland is one hour behind us in summer and two hours behind in winter. We overlap with nearly all of your working day, and calls happen at normal Polish office times.
What to expect: - A free intro call, after which you receive a written proposal in English with scope, milestones and a timeline - A shared board where every task, file and approval sits - Weekly updates and calls when decisions are needed - Testing on a staging site before anything goes live - Code and accounts handed over to you, with monthly support available if you want it
We have no Polish premises or local staff. Your contact is the senior developer who writes the code.

How we work
Every project follows the same five steps. At each one you know who you're talking to and what you'll receive.
- 1
Free intro call
We talk through your business, goals and budget, and look at your current setup together if useful.
- 2
Written proposal
Scope, delivery date and price, itemised in writing. No surprise extras later.
- 3
Design and build
We work in short cycles; a preview link lets you follow progress and comment at any time.
- 4
Launch
We set up the domain, hosting, Search Console and analytics, then take the project live.
- 5
Support and growth
We stay reachable after launch: fixes, new features, SEO and ad optimisation.
Web design in Poland: FAQ
Do you have an office in Poland?
No. Weras Labs is based in Turkey and works with Polish clients remotely, by video call, email and a shared project board. We have no address or staff in Poland. One senior developer is your direct contact for the whole project.
What is the time difference between Poland and Turkey?
Turkey is one hour ahead of Poland in summer and two hours ahead in winter, because Turkey stays on UTC+3 all year. We share nearly the whole Polish working day, so scheduling calls is simple.
Can you integrate our shop with Polish marketplaces and couriers?
Often, yes, through the APIs or plugins those services provide. We review your current tools during the intro call and tell you what can be connected cleanly and what would need custom work.
Can you build a B2B portal for our distributors?
Yes. We build portals with customer accounts, individual price lists, order history, reorder buttons and document downloads, connected to your ERP where possible. We scope the data flows carefully before any build starts.
Do you write content in Polish?
We work in English. Polish copy should come from you or a native writer, and we handle layout, language tags and search setup. For export versions we can help shape English content directly.
How do we get started?
Book a free intro call. We discuss your market, customers and current site, then send a written proposal in English. Work begins only when you approve it, and the proposal stays yours either way.

Facebook and Instagram remain the main consumer channels in Poland, and they suit fashion, beauty, food and home brands. LinkedIn is useful for software houses, logistics and manufacturing, especially for recruitment and reaching foreign partners.
